Feels so good to log in after ages... I miss blogging, blog-hopping, reading your stories, new recipes..you get the idea right :)
Well I am trying hard to get at least a few lines in once a week on the blog, I want to write my weight loss progress, that's what keep me going these days.
My update on my weight loss so far is that, I am yo-yoing (am sure that's not a word) between 88-90 kgs for almost 7-8 months, the main reason being I am not really eating right. I start off really well and somewhere in between go off the 'eating-right' trail! All the hard work done over the week is lost over one happy calorie filled meal. I know I cannot go on this way, I have been doing the exact same thing for so many years that its become a habit.
I have to overcome this habit to reach my goals, on the other hand I am very regular with my exercising.
I workout on Jillian Micheal 30 day SHRED, Fitness Blender workout videos and Bikini Body Mommy Challenge 2.0, for 30 mins 6 days a week. I can feel my body and my fitness levels improving day by day, which really pushes me to continue working out.
In addition I have also started writing my success journal, lets see where all this takes me in the next three months.
I really want to get fit this year and see the new me, I have to work hard on my self and train my mind to achieve this goal.
Wish me strength to Adapt, Improvise and Overcome get to my ideal weight.
